MODULE QM

Quality Management

Goods received are not necessarily good goods. QM fits into purchasing, production and sales to plan inspections, record results, decide what happens to the stock and handle defects. This module also shows how QM acts directly on MM stocks.

Audience
Quality inspectors and managers, warehouse clerks, buyers, QM key users, logistics consultants.
Prerequisites
Level 1: none. Levels 2 and 3: MM basics (stock types, movements) and, for in-process inspection, PP basics.
Duration
2.5 days (0.5 + 1 + 1)
17 h 30 · day-by-day schedule
