Chapters in this level

  1. Activating inspection on the material · Everything starts in the Quality Management view of the material master.
  2. Characteristics, catalogs and inspection plans · Describing what is inspected, with a common vocabulary.
  3. How much to inspect? Sampling · Inspecting 100% costs too much, inspecting 2 pieces proves nothing. The sample is a compromise.
  4. Recording results · A characteristic is entered once: the valuation happens by itself.
  5. The usage decision: the key moment · A sound decision protects production, and it moves stock.
